Thickness of nickel determines the anti-rust performance, and our thickness of nickel≥28μm, thickness of chrome≥3μm.The finished coating products must do NSS testing every lot every day, please refer the following picture.  We promise all black chrome over 200 hours neutral salt spray(NSS) testing, all chrome products over 72 hours NSS testing, all matt chrome products over 200 hours NSS testing,even we can customize coating as your request,  so that keep the long term anti-rust performance, make you satisfy. This is SGS neutral salt and spray test of our products. It doesn’t rust after 120 hours.

Different packing way 

We have several kinds of package. The most popular one is blister,20 pcs nuts with one key. Another is blister with box. If you want sell it in Amazon, you could also choose color box, when you open it, there is sponge to protect products. You could print your company name or logo on box. We also have neutral box, you could choose white, black or brown. 

Quality Control

During the production process. each product receive strict quality check, then we can send them to our customers. Quality Control includes 4 steps: first check – self check – tour check – finial check

We ask worker do 100% self check. 

When order is big, we checked it by automatic thread inspection machine, which is purchased from Taiwan, we could choose full automatic thread check in order to save cost, but the nuts in the vibrating disk is have chance to scratch, so we ask worker put the product by hand. Otherwise, if small order,  check products by workers.

After package,each carton will put a QR CODE sticker. When we scan qr code with PDA, we could know material batch,production size, production process, which worker make each process and so on.

We also imported a variety of testing facilities, established the quality inspection center.In order to ensure high quality, we need to use these equipments to test our products, hardness tester, Pulling strength tester, torque meter, and plating thickness tester, salt spray testing machine.

We get ISO / TS16949 certificate, products are proved by TUV, BV and SGS.  we also have 10 utility model patents and 4 design patents,  provide a strong guarantee, high quality and good service.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and
the courier cost.

A: For pc, 5000pcs each thread size

  For 4+1 set, 1000 sets each thread size

  For 16+1 set, 320 sets each thread size
