IS IT SAFE OF THE M14x1.50 SPLINE LUG NUT

The diameter of the pattern groove is only 15.5mm. If the thread is M12x1.50 , M12x1.25, 7/16"-20,1/2"-20,the pattern groove wall thickness is 1.75mm, it is safe.  

If the thread is M14x1.50, M14x1.25, M14X2.0,the wall thickness of the pattern groove  is only 0.75mm, it is too thin, this is not safe and can be easily twisted.

 If you want 14x1.50, 14x1.25,14x2.0, 9/16"-18, I recommend the following two products.

The design is almost the same as 49034#, but the height is 38mm, the pattern is enlarged, so even though the thread is M14x1.50,M14x1.25, m14X2.0, the pattern groove wall is 1.2mm thick, so it is safe.

Most of the customers choose this style, which is popular in USA and Canada.its height is 35mm, same as 49034#, but it also has a larger pattern, so even though the thread is M14x1.50,M14x1.25, and M14X2.0, the pattern groove wall is 1.2mm thick, so it is safe.

Of course, if you insist on making 49034 into threads 14x1.50,14x1.25,14x2.0, we can also do it, but it must be heat treated, and it must not be used with pneumatic or electric wrench loading and unloading.
