We have several kinds of package. The most popular one is blister,20 pcs nuts with one key. Another is blister with box. If you want sell it in Amazon, you could also choose color box, when you open it, there is sponge to protect products. You could print your company name or logo on box. We also have neutral box, you could choose white, black or brown.

We ask worker do 100% self check.
When order is big, we checked it by automatic thread inspection machine, which is purchased from Taiwan, we could choose full automatic thread check in order to save cost, but the nuts in the vibrating disk is have chance to scratch, so we ask worker put the product by hand. Otherwise, if small order, check products by workers.
After package,each carton will put a QR CODE sticker. When we scan qr code with PDA, we could know material batch,production size, production process, which worker make each process and so on.
